I didn't receive my verification email
Check your spam folder first. You can request a new email from the sign-up screen using the Resend verification email button.
Can I withdraw my coins?
No. Virtual coins have no cash value and can never be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.
My coin balance looks wrong
Every coin movement is recorded in a ledger. Contact support with the approximate time of the game and we will review your transaction history.
A game room did not start
Rooms need a minimum number of players. If a room is cancelled, your entry fee is automatically refunded to your balance.
